Snarky Puppy’s Live at the Royal Albert Hall album has won the 2021 Grammy award for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album. This makes Snarky Puppy’s 4th Grammy award.

Bill Laurance recalls, “I wasn't able to join Snarky Puppy for the 2019 autumn run because my wife and I were waiting for our first baby to be born. 20 days after he changed our lives forever, I joined the band at the Royal Albert Hall for a very special show. I'd barely slept in three weeks and had no rehearsal. Sharing the stage with the band in that incredible venue in my home town was a huge privilege and felt particularly special knowing that our first ever concert out of the U.S. had been in London all those years ago.”
